If you need 10w fork oil, then it's ok, but if you need 5w then it's not as good. Been using it for many years (guess early 90S) use only the the Syn as the dino oil foam and overheat. The mobil one problem is its apx a 7.5 wt so thats what you get. I will use the mobil 1 synthetic ATF.

Slowly pump the fork several times to be sure it has fluid all the way down and check fluid level with the fork compressed.Add if needed to make the correct level.Extend fork and in stall the spring/spacer assembly and cap.
