This applies equally to a driver whose home garage is Bern as to one in Berlin. Are you sure? I just assumed the same rules would apply to hired drivers as to the player. The freight list of a major city is usually several pages of jobs. The freight list of a small town is usually 1, maybe 2 pages, and not full pages either.
A note about hired drivers and ferries: There is a flaw in the way that Euro Truck Simulator 2 calculates the profits earned by drivers that you hire. Things are fine when your hired drivers take inland routes, but profits become too high when a hired driver uses a ferry.*
Upgrading worker's truck has to reset some algorithms, temporarily decreasing income. Technically yes, but the difference is insignificant. At early stages (when you would most need a boost) your hired driver levels are so low, profit per haul is also low and adding a few percent on top doesn't matter.
Originally posted by Nopel: For your hired drivers it gives a good feeling only. They not even drive the car, its calculated and simulated. You will never see your drivers at street. Seeing them on the roads and the truck having an effect on their earning capacity are two different things. #7. Remember that when you play with low income factor, it's only your income that is lower. All expenses are the same as with income factor set to 1.0. So you will keep getting losses on hired drivers if you play with the factor set to 0.1. When you driver as a 'hired driver' yourself, you don't have any expenses. Only income. hey it's good to buy tunned truck to your hired drivers? it's like better truck + better trailer = bigger profit? thanks have a good day :) Увійти Крамниця Домівка Черга знахідок Бажане Крамниця жетонів Новини Статистика I hired him a while ago but all he is making around 1K I don't get why so little most other delivers I do at least worth 5K is there a mod that increases the money he earns but nothing extreme so it makes the game boring For maximizing your AI hired drivers the general rule should be, to pick a driver, that has 1 point in more categories. Best categories are High Value, Fragile and Hazardous cargo (ADR). Never start with driver that has Eco point. That is not usefull at start. Don't pick a driver that has 2 points in one category. Ok so i took a 400k loan at the bank and bought 2 trucks and and hired 2 drivers, but ever since i've had them, they have been making me lose around 4k each, every day !!! why is that ? i got them level 3, now they're level 10, and still no change !! fl8JO.
