The design of the city itself is pretty typical, but fits the era that the game is set quite well. Ok i have fix but i don't if it'll work, but it worked on original mafia 2. So open a new save game go to save game files there should be folder named random numbers idk, then delete the new opened save game and place the %100 save files. It should work. 1jX2X.
